Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
New businesses get a free trial on a paid plan's features. You don't need to pay anything to start. Before the trial ends you can choose a plan; if you don't, access pauses and your data is kept.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan in Settings → Subscription, pay using one of the listed local methods such as bank transfer, and submit the transaction reference. Our team verifies the payment manually and activates your plan.
What does a lifetime license mean?
A lifetime license lets you keep using the software without a monthly or yearly fee. It does not automatically include hosting, updates or support for ever — each plan's table shows whether these are included, not included or a paid add-on, and any yearly renewal charge.
What happens to my data if my plan expires?
Your data is never deleted when access pauses. You can still open billing to renew, and everything is available again as soon as the payment is verified.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan. A plan with fewer branches can only be chosen once extra branches are closed.
